Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Mt. Carmel, PA. This is a Full Time position with varied hours.

As our facility driver, you will play an important role in ensuring safe and timely transportation for our residents. The role requires a Pennsylvania driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a preferred CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Clean driving record.
• Active CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience driving in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, dialysis treatments, and other approved destinations.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents to coordinate transport schedules.
• Assist with scheduling resident appointments.
