Complete Care Management in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a CNA-1 certified nursing assistant to join our team as a Transportation Aide. You’ll escort residents to appointments, assist with mobility and daily activities, and provide companionship while documenting care in our software system.

The role emphasizes reliability, compassionate interaction with residents, and teamwork in a supportive long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Maryland as a CNA-1 (GNA)
• Background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation required
• Possesses kind, compassionate disposition and is dependable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to appointments outside the facility and assist with ADLs as needed
• Assist with mobility: repositioning, transfers to chairs, bedding, and safe movement
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Document care in the software system to track services provided

Appointment Escort: Accompany residents to appointments outside of the facility, providing assistance for ADL's that might be needed during that time

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
