Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Transportation Aide at Sunrise Manor to support residents by transporting them to appointments and events, while maintaining on-floor duties. The role emphasizes reliable service, teamwork, and compassionate resident care in a facility setting.

Ideal candidates are CNAs (or willing to become one within six months), with CPR on hand, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills to handle routine and urgent needs in a demanding healthcare

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred or willing to complete a state-approved CNA program within six months.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violations, and failures to appear.
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed.
• Confirm doctors' appointments for residents.
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you Need to make a Difference
