Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Associate Degree
- Prior Administrative Experience preferred
- (Will be required to have or obtain CDL license)

To Support safe, efficient, and compliant daily student transportation operations.
Representative Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs clerical duties including telephone, reception, typing/computing, filing, record keeping activities to include computerization of records
- Completes computerized leave records on each employee monthly
- Processes orders for purchase of supplies, services, parts and equipment
- Maintains a current inventory of supplies, parts and equipment
- Sets up and maintains a system for the receipt and issuance of parts and supplies
- Obtains and studies comparative prices and quotations
- Prepares transportation/maintenance time records on a monthly basis for payroll clerk
- Maintains data entry of repair orders for school bus fleet
- Schedules and secures substitute bus drivers
- Other specific record-keeping responsibilities:
- Maintains files to insure current drivers' license status for all drivers
- Schedules drivers' annual and initial physicals
- Develops and submits to superintendent's office, maintenance and transportation records monthly
- Fills out and routes work order request for maintenance and vehicle repairs and services
- Checks invoices for maintenance and bus shop for accuracy Monitors fuel oil deliveries and daily reporting
- Maintains favorable relations with bus drivers, vendors and parents.
- Works cooperatively with the Transportation Director and Bus Shop Foreman
- Filing all bus conduct forms that is wrote up each day on all kids on all buses
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
