Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Transportation Administrative Assistant to support the Transportation Team Leader in daily operations within a warehouse transportation environment.

The role involves payroll assistance, DOT documentation, and creating reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues. A High School diploma and 2–4 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years administrative/customer service experience in a distribution/transportation environment.
• Ability to read and/or understand written policy, instruction and direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing Delivery Specialists payroll.
• Assist with maintaining DOT documentation (DOT logbooks, reports).
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
• General office duties including filing, answering phones and disseminating messages.
• Address customer service and delivery issues.
