In this role you will assist with payroll processing for Delivery Specialists, maintain DOT documentation, create transport reports, and provide general office support. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and process adherence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years administrative/customer service experience in a distribution/transportation environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing Delivery Specialists payroll.
• Maintain DOT documentation (logbooks, reports).
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting transportation information.
• Handle general office administrative duties (phones, filing, messages).
• Address customer service and delivery issues proactively.
• Support Quality Control Center with administrative tasks.
• Provide back-up dispatch support as needed.
