Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations and renewals; negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; ensure timely completion.
