GPAC in Texas is seeking a licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong marketing experience and client service focus. This in-office role requires managing a book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, while marketing new and renewal business to carriers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in commercial lines account management, an active Texas P&C license, and proficiency with AMS360.

Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C Insurance License.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AMS360 is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively.
• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support.
• Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts.
• Work closely with team members in a supportive, family environment.
