Job summary

Goldwater Care Roseville is seeking a Transportation Driver to safely transport patients to hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers and private homes. You will operate company vehicles, assist patients with transfers, and communicate with facilities to coordinate schedules.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) and an active Illinois Driver’s License with a clean driving record. You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and follow safety procedures while delivering

• Active Illinois Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Transporting patients and clients using the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer.
• Effectively communicate with facility regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions.
• Understand how to operate GPS, Two-Way Radio and/or Cell Phone to navigate effectively.
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate activity and vehicle report logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
