Goldwater Care Clinton is seeking a Transportation Driver responsible for safely transporting patients to hospitals, medical offices, dialysis centers, and private residences. You will operate the company vehicle, assist patients during transfers, and ensure timely arrival and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include communicating with facilities, navigating with GPS, and performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections while maintaining a clean, organized vehicle and accurate logs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Illinois Driver’s License required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

Goldwater Care Clinton - Transportation Driver

SUMMARY: The Transportation Driver will provide the transportation of patients to and from hospitals, medical offices, dialysis centers and private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transporting patients and clients utilizing the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
• Effective communicate with facility regarding schedule progress and to receive additional instructions
• Understand how to operate GPS, Two-Way Radio and/or Cell Phone to navigate effectively
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Maintain accurate activity and vehicle report logs/li>
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Active Illinois Driver’s License required.
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
