Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center is seeking a Transport RN in Sun City West, AZ. The role provides patients with seamless transfers, including ICU upgrades/downgrades, BiPAP/high flow, and monitored patients, while assisting transporters as needed. Expect a very active day with ~15,000 steps daily.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which they are applying is desired.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care.
• Coordinate and supervise care by nursing staff and others.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the plan as needed.
• Document assessment, planning and evaluation in the patient record.
