Atoms is seeking a Recruiter to own hiring across Transport Operations in our San Francisco office. You’ll partner with operations leadership to build teams that keep our physical systems moving, delivering speed, rigor, and high standards.

You’ll drive sourcing, screen for both operational competence and cultural fit, and shape interview processes. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and close collaboration with People and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions.
• Strong sourcing instincts — you can find and engage candidates who aren't actively looking.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills; you can manage multiple stakeholders and build trust at all levels.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting — you track metrics and use them to improve outcomes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions while providing a white glove candidate experience.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
• You’re a self-starter who builds processes where needed and cuts them where it isn’t.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for transport operations roles — intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Drive proactive sourcing through Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for operational competency and cultural fit with structured feedback.
• Design and iterate interview processes to be structured and predictive of on-the-job performance.
• Negotiate and close offers with cross-functional partners on comp benchmarking.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-fill; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Represent Atoms's mission and culture to candidates.
