Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
• Three (3) years work experience in product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
• More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; a related Master’s Degree equals two years experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
• Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
• Strong project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, vision, and roadmap for transportation and logistics solutions.
• Evaluates market, industry, regulatory, economic, competitive, and customer trends impacting products.
• Uses analytics to measure adoption, value, and ROI for continuous optimization.
• Defines, prioritizes, and manages the product roadmap with constraints.
• Drives stakeholder alignment and communicates progress and performance.
• Manages lifecycle activities from requirements to post-launch evaluation.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs to inform roadmap decisions.
• Leads cross-functional development initiatives with Operations, Technology, Sales, and others.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to team members.
