Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior product leader to drive strategy for transportation and logistics solutions. The role owns the product roadmap, aligns cross-functional teams, and measures success through performance data and customer impact.
You will partner with Operations, Technology, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver new capabilities, optimize existing offerings, and guide lifecycle activities from initial requirements through post-launch evaluation.
Under limited supervision, leads the development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans inclusive of product strategy, roadmap ownership, cross-functional alignment, implementation, and performance measurement considering product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
Strong project management experience.
Memphis range: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo; Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo ; Plano range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
