Federal Express Corporation in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for transportation and logistics solutions. You will own the roadmap, align stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Under limited supervision, leads the development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans inclusive of product strategy, roadmap ownership, cross-functional alignment, implementation, and performance measurement considering product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
Strong project management experience.
Memphis range: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo; Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo ; Plano range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
