• Owns product strategy, vision, and roadmap for transportation and logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Evaluates market/trends impacting products and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Uses analytics and data models to measure adoption, value, and ROI for continuous optimization.
• Defines and prioritizes the product roadmap balancing requirements, feasibility, and resources.
• Drives alignment and decisions by communicating vision, business cases, and priorities to leadership.
• Manages lifecycle activities from requirements to post-launch evaluation.
• Establishes KPIs and uses feedback and metrics to inform future investments.
• Leads cross-functional development with Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance.
