Job summary

Stryker seeks an Associate Field Service Representative – Transport in San Antonio, TX. You will repair and deliver Transport solutions such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames and temperature management systems within a designated service territory.

You will work mostly independently, maintain strong customer relationships, document activities, and support Field Service projects while upholding service metrics and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 21+ years of age required for driving eligibility.
• Valid driver license with good driving record.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and deliver Stryker equipment within a designated service territory.
• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, hold repairs and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to document activities, order parts and reference training materials.
• Maintain high levels of customer etiquette and support the sales team.
• Work independently while collaborating with teammates on Field Service projects.
• Adhere to Field Service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy and documentation cadence.
