Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative – Transport to support a designated service territory by repairing and delivering transport equipment such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems. This field-based role provides hands-on experience with a range of products and opportunities for advancement within Stryker.

Responsibilities include quality control, maintenance, repairs, wireless upgrades, and documenting work

Qualifications

• Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks and preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Utilize computer software to complete documentation, order parts, reference training materials, and more.
• Present excellent customer etiquette to support the sales team and promote equipment usage.
• Work independently and collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Maintain Field Service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
