Qualifications

• MD, DO or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• ASTS-accredited transplant surgery fellowship completion.
• Board-certified in general surgery.
• Meet UNOS primary kidney and pancreas transplant surgeon requirements.
• Fellowship training in Transplant Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and call coverage as outlined by the Section Chief.
• As a Clinician-Educator, train students and residents.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Produce the appropriate number of RVUs for your specialty and work effort.
• Participate in the Department's educational programs, teaching and mentoring.
