Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• ASTS-accredited transplant fellowship required.
• Board-certified in general surgery with up to five years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, education and research in Transplant Surgery.
• Provide clinical and call coverage as outlined by the Section Chief.
• Train students and residents as a Clinician-Educator; participate in teaching programs.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with laws; generate RVUs for the specialty.
