Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex transplant programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, resources, and budgets, and drive value across the care continuum.

The role requires RN licensure in TX, 7+ years as an RN with transplant experience, and 3+ years in transplant programming. CPR/BLS must be current within 14 days.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and RN licensure required.
• 7+ years as a Registered Nurse with transplant experience.
• 3+ years in transplant programming; experience as transplant nurse coordinator.
• TX RN licensure on hire; CPR/BLS within 14 days.
