Qualifications

• RN license (TX)
• 7+ years as a Registered Nurse
• 3+ years transplant programming experience
• CPR certification within 14 days

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and coordination for staff
• Manage staffing, call schedules (24/7, 365) and performance-related actions
• Serve as clinical resource to staff, physicians, and stakeholders in plan of care
• Collaborate with Director and Physician Leaders to implement plans and monitor goals
• Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives for transplant services
• Develop and evaluate policies and procedures for transplant services
