Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Transplant Quality and Performance Improvement Manager in North Carolina. The role leads a data-driven quality program across transplant services, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving performance improvements in pre-, intra-, and post-transplant care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulatory bodies, managing a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining readiness for surveys and accreditation. Strong leadership and Epic/WP/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Nursing or other relevant clinical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred in health-related field or MBA.
• Three years of management experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Transplant Quality Program across pre-, intra-, and post-transplant care.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance (TJC, CMS, UNOS, OPTN).
• Lead performance improvement initiatives within Transplant Services.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans and dashboards.
• Supervise staff incl. quality/data teams and coordinate surveys.
• Prepare reports for surveys and committees and maintain readiness.
• Facilitate monthly quality meetings and transplant executive meetings.
