Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Senior Leader to oversee transplant services, directing clinical operations, strategy, and performance improvement across the system. This role partners with Medical Director, Operations Director and leadership to ensure compliance, accreditation readiness, and high-quality patient care while developing budgets, staffing models and service line growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• Registered Nurse license in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• Eight+ years of leadership and/or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24-hour accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care within assigned specialty.
• Plans clinical consulting services to support outcomes and regulatory measures.
• Develops financial plans, staffing models, and budgeted resources for transplant services.
• Leads strategic service line development and continuous quality improvement.
• Manages regulatory compliance, accreditation, and collaboration with system leadership.
