Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge and customer service experience.
• Willingness to be cross trained to other areas.
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values to others.
• Schedules appointments and procedures considering patient needs and priorities.
• Assists Clinical Transplant Coordinators with scheduling for pre/post living donor transplant visits.
• Maintains monthly on-call schedules for the Transplant team.
• Coordinates outside clinic visits with internal schedules.
• Runs, pulls and analyzes data for administrative use.
• Maintains patient confidentiality in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Answers telephone and intercom courteously; supports clerical duties.
