Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior administrative office experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to appropriately deal with stressful situations and individuals while remaining calm and professional.

• Primary responsibility for scheduling patient clinic appointments for transplant and coordinating all necessary information, documentation, and record keeping.
• Facilitate communication between Transplant Coordinators and patients.
• Provide reception coverage for the department.
