Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, TX RN license, 1 year of direct nursing experience, ACLS/BLS, and oncology certification. CAR-T/BMT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license in Texas (TX) required.
• Oncology certification preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct nursing experience.
• CAR-T/BMT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide cost-effective, quality, patient-focused care.
• Performs ongoing assessments, develops nursing diagnoses and goals, plans interventions, and evaluates outcomes.
• Documents thoroughly in patient/unit records to meet standards and legal requirements.
• Educates patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, Fall prevention, diabetes, discharge instructions.
