Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, nursing, or dietetics.
• 3–4 years of professional clinical experience preferred.
• At least 1 year transplant-related experience preferred.
• DC RN licensure or RD certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake calls from transplant candidates and refer physicians; assess waiting list placement.
• Greet patients and prepare them for physician evaluations.
• Coordinate evaluation with patients, transplant team, and physicians.
• Maintain patient records and consent forms; post test results.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, nutrition, and health maintenance.
• Participate in rounds, meetings, and quality improvement activities.
