Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform administrative duties to support the transplant team.
• Act as liaison between patients and clinical staff via phone and written communications.
• Maintain transplant records and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR.
• Keep up to date with UNOS and CMS regulatory changes.
