Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to streamline connections between our transplant program, dialysis centers, and referring physicians. You will develop educational and marketing materials, coordinate community outreach events, and foster a robust peer mentoring program.

You will work to build collaborative relationships, deliver patient education, and improve referral pathways through effective communication and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required at hire; transplant program experience preferred.
• Minimum six months of transplant program experience.
• Experience in community education or marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach meetings, dinners, CME programs with dialysis centers and physicians.
• Develop informational brochures and materials on transplant journeys.
• Create newsletters, patient education materials, and events.
• Institute peer mentoring programs and train recipients as peer mentors.
