Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking an RN or CST to join our liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant team in Aurora. The role supports time-sensitive transplant procedures, with open and robotic surgeries, using perfusion systems to optimize organ viability.

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Day shift, onsite only. Competitive pay $38.91–$60.31/hour, based on experience and credentials. BLS required; CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
• 6 months of OR experience preferred.
• Ability to support time-sensitive transplant procedures and call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative care in transplant settings (liver, kidney, pancreas).
• Participate in open and robotic transplant surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize organ viability and patient outcomes.
• Support a fast-paced, innovative surgical environment.
