Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking an RN or CST to join our liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant team in Aurora. The role supports time-sensitive transplant procedures, with open and robotic surgeries, using perfusion systems to optimize organ viability.

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Day shift, onsite only. Competitive pay $38.91–$60.31/hour, based on experience and credentials. BLS required; CNOR preferred.

Department:OR Operating Room AIP -We're hiring an RN or CST to join our liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant team. Our program performs both open and robotic transplant surgery, including robotic donor hepatectomies for living liver donation and robotic kidney transplants, and utilizes OrganOx and VitaSmart perfusion systems to optimize organ viability. Ideal candidates bring OR experience — transplant, robotic surgery, or perfusion background preferred — along with current RN or CST licensure and BLS certification. This role supports time-sensitive transplant procedures, including call rotation, within a fast-paced, innovative surgical environment. Work Schedule:Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay:$38.91 - $60.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Preferred: BSN.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Preferred: CNOR.
• 6 months of OR experience.
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
