Qualifications

• MD, MD/PhD, DO or equivalent degree.
• Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Certification in Transplant Hepatology.
• Medical licensure or eligible for licensure in California.
• ACGME-accredited fellowship or equivalent experience.
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Responsibilities

• Provide transplant hepatology care, teaching and research.
• Outpatient hepatology consultations and endoscopic procedures; inpatient Hepatology/Liver Transplant Service duties.
• Supervise fellows, residents and medical students; deliver lectures to various audiences.
• Possibility to develop investigator-initiated research and collaborate across teams.
