The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination during the designated shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models the organization’s values to support exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
