The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination during the designated shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models organizational values to support an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
