The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, and coordinates all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to policies/procedures, serves as a resource for staff, and models commitment to the organization’s values to support exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
