Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a senior leader to oversee employed physicians’ practices, operations and staff within the Transplant Admin-Hosp service line. You will drive business operations, strategic planning and represent Banner in the healthcare community.

The role manages 21 direct reports and collaborates with other Associate Directors to ensure efficient patient care delivery while fostering engagement and service excellence across Banner Health.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services administration.
• Minimum five years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and staff across a large department.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for the medical group that contributes to Banner Health’s growth and community standing.
• Oversees operations, strategic planning and staff development within the transplant service line.
• Collaborates with market management and PR/Marketing to support partnerships and provider recruitment.
