Job summary

Be The Match is seeking a Manager, Case Management to lead day-to-day operations for Case Management teams supporting transplant centers and hospital partners. You will guide team performance, monitor service quality, manage escalations, and coach staff to deliver timely, high-quality case management.

You will collaborate with leadership and partners to translate operational needs into actionable feedback, strengthen relationships, and drive improvements in patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience leading a team in a donor center, hospital, blood center, clinical setting.

Responsibilities
