Job summary

You will coordinate care across pre-transplant, transplant admission and post-transplant phases, educate patients and families, and maintain regulatory compliance within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes leadership, education, and collaboration with organ procurement, ICU, ED, and surgical teams to achieve optimal transplant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN for at least one year is required.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; CCTC and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily clinical assessment of transplant patients across all care phases.
• Coordinates pre-transplant evaluations to optimize resource use.
• Educates patients and families about transplantation and organ donation.
