IU Health is seeking a Clinical Transplant Coordinator at University Hospital in Indianapolis. The role coordinates the multidisciplinary transplant process, including evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for transplant patients and donors.

Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote days, plus on-call responsibilities from home. The coordinator collaborates with nursing leadership and the healthcare team to ensure seamless transplant care, tracks activities, and supports education

Formación

• ASN required.
• BSN preferred; ASN RNs hired after Jan 1, 2013 must complete BSN within five years of hire.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Experience in transplant programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for transplant patients and donors.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and healthcare teams to facilitate transplant processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects related to transplant care.
• Track patient care activities and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the transplant process.
