Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience with patients in a related setting or three (3) years experience in an intensive care, acute care, telemetry or medical/ surgical setting
• Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the clinical program.
• Develops, implements, reviews, revises and maintains policies, procedures, and standards of care for patient population
• Develops, implements, and maintains ongoing continuous quality improvement activities for the clinical program
• Serves as resource to hospital staff regarding patient care
• Coordinates the patient evaluation process
• Performs initial assessment of patient and family according to protocol for acceptance into program
