St. Davids South Austin Medical Center, part of HCA HealthCare, seeks a Lead Operations Coordinator to manage transplant financial processes and insurance verification for pre/post-transplant patients.

You will liaise with the Medical Director, transplant team, and case management to ensure timely pre-certifications and accurate coding for CPT/ICD entries. The role involves collecting coverage details, confirming benefits, and guiding patients through financial discussions.

Competenze

• Experience with patient registration and financial counseling.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and insurance systems.

• Develop and maintain processes related to transplant clearance for maximum reimbursement.
