Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Manager, Advanced Practice Provider for Transplant Surgery in Chicago to provide both administrative leadership and clinical oversight of APRNs and PAs in the transplant service line.

You will develop plans and metrics, supervise APP performance, coordinate staffing with leadership, and promote evidence-based care while ensuring policy compliance. Requires a Master’s degree and IL licensure, with 3–5 years of APP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Illinois OR license as a Physician Assistant in Illinois.
• Privileged and credentialed through the Medical Staff Office (MSO).
• Three to five years of experience as a licensed advanced practice provider.

• Develops plans, metrics and resources driving the department’s clinical care model success.
• Manages APP performance, competency, work assignments and engagement; conducts evaluations.
