Job summary
The University of Chicago is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver expert pediatric hematology/oncology and stem cell transplant care. The APP will assess patients, implement care plans, and coordinate services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications
- Minimum requirement includes a college/university degree and licensure for an APRN.
- Current Illinois RN license with APN licensure goal by start date.
- Board certification as Pediatric NP, Family NP or Acute Care NP preferred.
- Eligible for PALS and BLS as part of clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced-level clinical care for children with hematology/oncology and transplant needs.
- Coordinate inpatient/outpatient pathways and ensure timely tests and treatments.
- Collaborate on protocols, research, and policies to support care delivery.
- Educate patients and families about transplant processes and care planning.
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with FACT/NMDP standards.
