Qualifications

• Minimum of three years APP experience in Hepatology or Abdominal Transplant or related specialty.
• APRN candidates may require Acute Care Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee six Transplant Hepatology APP direct reports in outpatient setting.
• Practice alongside five Hepatologists.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Travel to outreach clinics 1–2 times per month in Chicago/NW Indiana area.
• Coordinate care across multiple disciplines for pre- and post-transplant patients.
