Job summary

Visy is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales professional to drive freight forwarding growth across the Transpacific trade lane. You will own the pipeline, close deals, and hit revenue targets as an individual contributor, with uncapped commissions and strong growth incentives.

You will build a book of business across focus verticals, develop strategic relationships, and partner with Visy offices in Asia to win opportunities across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding with a focus on business development/strategic sales.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing a portfolio within Transpacific trade lane.
• Ability to leverage an existing network to generate revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in mid-sized logistics providers with understanding of trade lane dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across the transpacific trade lane.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities into revenue.
