Job summary

Greeley CDJR is hiring an automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of CDJR vehicles in our shop. You will work with diagnostic tools, follow dealership policies, and communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about repairs and approvals.

Qualifications

• Stellantis certification and dealership experience preferred.
• Fast learner with the ability to pick up procedures quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.
• Computer literacy and basic software skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders and dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools; verify repairs with test drives.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about needed repairs and estimates.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications and paperwork.
• Perform repairs on CDJR products and other makes/models.
• Provide accurate time estimates for repairs.
