Job summary

Team One CDJR of Gadsden is seeking skilled Used Car Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and communicate findings and estimates clearly to motorists.

The role requires strong hands-on skills, safe work practices, and the ability to operate diagnostic tools and lifts. Competitive pay with full benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ASE certification is a definite plus.
• Proven auto mechanic experience with electrical/mechanical diagnostics.
• Ability to read repair manuals and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues.
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair and upgrade.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle longevity and reliability.
• Schedule maintenance sessions and advise motorists on vehicle use.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance work.
• Keep logs on work and issues and maintain tools and equipment.
