Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is seeking a Schedule Analyst Associate to support the Transmission capital program scheduling activities, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The TPMO manages long-range planning, scheduling, and reporting for the Transmission capital portfolio.

Responsibilities include creating construction schedules, analyzing data for variances, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree or relevant certifications encouraged.
• Experience in construction or program/project management offices encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support for the Transmission capital plan through accurate construction schedules and readiness checks.
• Create, check status, and track Transmission capital project schedules and provide timely progress updates.
• Assist with preparing and analyzing project data within assigned programs.
• Monitor project data to identify and resolve schedule variances and escalate as needed.
• Use analysis tools to translate data into actionable information for work groups.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams to obtain necessary scheduling data.
