Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is seeking a Schedule Analyst Associate to support the TPMO in scheduling a portfolio of Transmission capital projects. You will create construction schedules, track progress, analyze data, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery of critical paths.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and implementing scheduling processes to improve efficiency and project visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management, prioritization, planning, attention to detail, and adaptability to manage large volumes of work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate construction schedules and prepare for upcoming construction with schedule integrity checks.
• Track Transmission capital project schedules and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze project data and monitor data to identify schedule variances.
• Translate large data sets into actionable information for work groups.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to obtain data for scheduling and issue resolution.
• Support coordination of schedules with financial and resource loading across projects.
